1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the ag44 platform ("ag44", "we", "us") and the user of its services ("user", "you", "your"). By accessing, registering, or starting to use the ag44 website or mobile platform, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

3 Age Restrictions

ag44 is committed to protecting minors. If there is reason to suspect that a minor is using the platform, we have the right to suspend the account immediately.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
• Deposits are only accepted from a payment account registered in the user's own name.
• Funds sent from a third-party account will be returned and the funds may be cancelled.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawals will be sent only to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is between 15 minutes and 2 hours.
• Withdrawals may be held if identity verification has not been completed.
• ag44 reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals in cases of suspicious activity.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

ag44 offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has specific terms that must be read before accepting.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• New users will receive a 100% bonus of up to ৳8,000 on their first deposit.
• The bonus amount must meet a 10x wagering requirement before withdrawal.
• The welcome bonus may not be claimed more than once by the same person, household, device, or IP address.
• The wagering requirement must be met within 30 days of receiving the bonus, otherwise the bonus will be cancelled.

5.2 Ongoing Promotions

5.3 VIP Program

The ag44 VIP program has four tiers:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

Advancement in VIP tier is determined based on the user's activity, loyalty, and overall contribution.

6 Gaming Rules

Slot games, live casino, cricket betting, and other games are available on the ag44 platform. Each game has its own rules, which are displayed within the game.

6.1 Betting Rules

• The minimum and maximum bet amounts for each game will be shown in the game interface.
• ag44 reserves the right to cancel any winnings gained improperly due to a system error.
• If a game is left incomplete due to a technical issue, the bet for that round will be refunded.
• If a connection is lost due to a network issue, the game history will be saved on the server.

6.2 Cricket Betting

Betting is available on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and other international cricket matches. Specific cricket betting rules are detailed in the betting section.

• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the bet amount will be refunded.
• Live betting offers cannot be changed after they have started.
• Bets will be settled based on official results.

7 Fair Use Policy

• Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account.

8 Limitation of Liability

The ag44 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. ag44 holds no liability in the following cases:

• Losses incurred by the user due to internet disconnection.
• Delays or errors by third-party payment providers.
• Account damage resulting from unauthorized access where the user has shared their password.
• Service interruptions during technical issues or maintenance.
• Personal financial losses from gaming.

9 Account Closure and Suspension

9.1 Closure by ag44

ag44 may close or suspend an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Any violation of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity.
• Registration with false information.
• Evidence that the user is a minor.
• Extended inactivity (no activity for more than 12 months).

9.2 Closure by the User

Any user may close their account voluntarily. Any remaining funds must be withdrawn before closure. Please contact our support team for self-exclusion.
